Welcome to the Capital City Mazda Service Departments. Capital City Mazda offer motor vehicle service and repair services from our three Mazda dealer locations in Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti New Zealand.

We are very proud of the service we offer our customers. It is our intension to make your service experience with us as easy and pleasurable as it possibly can be. We currently have 3 different locations for your convenience Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti.

Our Wellington Service department has New Zealand’s first accredited Service upgrade process in operation. Service Upgrade is a process designed to ensure we meet our customer’s expectations and you the customer have a stress free experience with no unwelcome surprises. This process is monitored constantly and externally audited annually to ensure that our customer service is of the highest grade possible.

While our other two sites don’t have Service upgrade receptions they do work with in the fundamentals of the process. This means that which ever service department you use we are focused to make sure you receive a pleasant experience.

In the engine room of the service department are our Technicians again we are very proud of all of our Technical staff many have been with us for 20 years and more. We are perfectionists when it comes to tooling our workshops with the latest diagnostic equipment. We are also fastidious in making sure all of our Technicians receive all the training available from the manufacture on the latest vehicles and repair techniques. We have a very skilled service team with all the correct tools at their disposal. This means we get your vehicle fixed correctly the first time, quicker, ultimately saving you time and money.
